Where are you located?

Miss Vegan doesn’t yet have a storefront, but we actively working towards one. If you would like to get your hands one some of our treats there are a few ways to do so until we open our dream store. The first way to get some sweets is by placing a custom order. Message us to place one! Secondly, visit us as any of our pop ups or markets. We do at least one a month. You can find out more under the “event's” tab. Lastly, Miss Vegan will soon be found in local restaurants. We will update that list under the “Find Us” tab as we add out wholesale accounts.

All of our desserts are free of dairy and all other animal derivatives. Depending on the item, we can often make our desserts without gluten, soy, or nuts upon request. Although we make great efforts to keep allergens separate, there is always risk of cross contamination being cooked in a shared kitchen space.

Order Information

Placing an order.

You can place an order with us a couple of ways. We respond the quickest by messages through email, instagram, or facebook. You can also give us a call.

For custom orders there is usually a minimum of 10-12 per each individual item ordered unless it something we happen to have on hand. We often have items like cannolis, brownies, and cookies on hand for mix and match orders. Message us to see what we have in stock.

We also do custom decorated cakes. We can only fill so many custom orders a week to ensure the best possible results. Our calendar often fills up quickly. So, it is definitely advised that you contact us asap with any questions.

Once you have planned and confirmed your order, you will receive an invoice via email. Invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving. Payment secures requested date and ordered treats.

Custom order pick up

For the majority of our custom orders we have chosen a meet up location centrally located in Warwick. Pick up is usually in the parking lot at 650 Bald hill rd. Warwick, RI. It is the best we can do until we transition from a rented kitchen to a brick and mortar. It is free of charge to set up a meet up at the above address. We do sometimes offer delivery for an additional charge as long as our schedule permits.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, locate the Kohls store. We will parked in their parking area. Head to the back of the Kohls parking lot. We will parked along the wall of boulders and trees that run along the main road. If you have any issues please message us or call us.

Most days Miss Vegan is on a very tight schedule and often stacks appointments and obligations one after another. Therefore, it is crucial that clients arrive on time for the selected meet up time. If you need to change your pick up time, please do so in a timely manner. If clients are more than 15 minutes late there will be a fee added to the order. Late clients also run the risk of having to reschedule the meet up. There are no refunds!

Pre- order pick up

Placing a pre-order for our pop ups is the perfect way to guarantee you get the items you desire. Once your items are reserved you can pick them at the dedicated time for the event. You get to skip the line unless you plan to grab some other items from at the event. Your order will be listed under the first name of the person who has placed the order.

To ensure your date and items are secured, Miss Vegan requests that unless discussed payment is made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Payment is made via an invoice that will be sent to recipient’s email address. It is crucial that before payment is made that the invoice is reviewed for accuracy. Please check pick up date and order details. If any changes need to be made, please contact us as soon as possible. Once order is processed according to invoice directions refunds are unavailable.

Transporting your treats

Once your treats are handed over their well being and safe transportation is no longer the responsibility of Miss Vegan. Your order will be secured to the best of our ability, but please keep in mind that the handcrafted desserts are fragile and must be handled with extreme caution and care. We recommend placing your desserts on a level surface such as the floor or trunk of your vehicle. Also, keep in mind that baked good are heat sensitive, and should not be left in a warm car.
